The ‘Giving Tree’

The ‘Giving Tree’ is an appeal for Toys/Gifts for Children who are less fortunate. This year Our Parish will link up with the Saint Vincent de Paul. Last year, thousands of families in communities across Ireland celebrated Christmas with the help of St Vincent de Paul. Unfortunately, this year even more people need your support. Please take part in the Giving Tree and donate gifts to make Christmas that little bit brighter for children and families who are struggling in our community.  It’s an opportunity for children themselves to give!

Thanks to all who have responded so generously to this appeal: a delivery of toys and goods was made to the SVP Headquarters last week and they were delighted with the gifts.

Thank you.

Parish Office has a large selection of Christmas Cards, Calendars, and Seasonal Gifts. The Office also has a varied range of Jesuit Publications, magazines and books on Ignatian Spirituality which would make an ideal present for Christmas.

Envelopes for Family Offerings 2018 are now available in the Parish Office.

Anam Cara, the organisation that supports bereaved parents, is holding its next monthly Parent Evening on Wednesday 20th of December from 19:30 to 21:00 in the Carnegie Court Hotel, Swords, Co. Dublin. This event is open to all bereaved parents regardless of the age your child died, the circumstances of their death, or whether the death was recent or not.
